Richard and Mary Dungan

Richard (Dick) Dungan came to the Lord in 1976 at the age of thirty-three. Although successful in the eyes of the world as an executive of one of the fastest growing insurance companies in the U.S., Dick found himself in bondage to alcohol. His desire for success, financial security and material possessions had led him down the path of self-destruction as well as deeply damaging his marriage of thirteen years. God in His mercy, graciously revealed His salvation, deliverance and healing power to Dick in Jan '76 at Pisgah Baptist Church in Excelsior Springs, MO. Later that same year his wife, Mary, came to faith in Christ. They have been graciously blessed with God's healing and restoring power.

In '79 Dick and Mary and family returned to Mary's home town of Norfolk, NE. where they currently reside. In 1980 they became part of a new church plant now known as Christ is King Community Church. Since 1982 Dick has been involved in pastoral ministry as well as international missions in Hungary, Romania, Russia, Sweden, China, SE Asia and more recently Malawi, Africa. In 1994 Dick began partnering with a ministry focused on mobilizing workers to serve the persecuted church in China. Since 1998 Dick and Mary have transitioned to providing pastoral (member) care for mobilized workers and equipping/training Christian leaders throughout China.

Rejoice Ministries International was founded in 1995 as a ministry of encouragement to the Body of Christ. Dick carries an anointing to come along side of pastors and ministry leaders to strengthen them in their personal walk with the Lord as well as assist them in training up the next generation of kingdom leaders. Additionally, God has given Dick a mandate to call men up into biblical manhood, with an emphasis on developing a pure heart and embracing a sense of divine destiny. Dick and Mary mentor and coach many couples in the area of marriage and family.

Dick is a 1991 graduate of Emmaus Road Ministry School and a member of Fellowship of Connected Churches and Ministries (FCCM) and Harvest Network International (HNI). He and Mary have three married children, eight awesome grandchildren and they recently celebrated their 45th anniversary.

Grady and Sandy Strop

Prior to becoming an associate with Rejoice Ministries Grady and Sandy served at Lincoln Christian Fellowship in Lincoln, Nebraska, for over 24 years, 18 of which Grady served as Sr. Pastor. They have been married since 1978 and have seven children. Grady is an honors graduate of Friend's University (BA/Religion and Philosophy) and has earned a M.A. in Biblical Literature from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Springfield, MO. Grady also teaches Bible and Art courses at Parkview Christian High School in Lincoln, NE. Sandy was a home schooling mom for 19 years and currently ministers as a client educator and parenting class coordinator at the Lincoln Crisis Pregnancy Center. Grady and Sandy have had a heart and love for missions for over 25 years and desire to help keep Christian leaders spiritually healthy so they can serve long term on the frontlines of God's Kingdom. The Strops have been part of the RMI member-care ministry since 2000 and currently are Regional Team leaders serving foreign workers living in NE China. They are also involved in member-care in the Middle East. In the States they teach on marriage, parenting, and other topics usually dealing with the basics of Christian life.

David and Jennifer Kruse

Nathaniel (14), Jackson (11), Isaak (9), Hudson (8), Gabriel (5), Olivia (2)

David and Jennifer Kruse are the "youngsters" on the RMI team and are our only foreign-based team members living in SE Asia since July, 2006. Actually, they originally moved to SE Asia with an ESL organization in 2001 but had to return to the USA in January of 2003 to provide medical treatment for their fourth son, Hudson, who had contracted leukemia. We praise God for Hudson's healing and for the return of the Kruse family to a people and country they love.

It was during Hudson's treatment and recovery time while in the States that God brought clarity to their pastoral calling and leadership gifting and connected them "heart to heart" with Dick and Mary Dungan and Rejoice Ministries International.

Living and serving overseas has been in God's plan for David and Jennifer since they met on the mission field in Peru, South America and married in 1991. Jen is the daughter of career missionaries and David received his call from the Lord shortly after coming to Christ during his university studies.

Since returning to Asia their gift of hospitality has been used to encourage, strengthen and equip missionaries so that they can continue in their call to reach and disciple the nations. Additionally, the Lord is opening several doors for the equipping and training of national leaders through the unique network of relationships that David and Jennifer enjoy.

David serves as the English Program Coordinator at a language/vocational school in addition to teaching. However, their primary kingdom work and calling is evidenced by their ministry to foreign workers (expats) in the area of pastoral care and shepherding several dozen youth.

Gregg and Beth Stone

Gregg and Beth Stone have been affiliated with Rejoice Ministries since January, 2006. They have been part of the International House of Prayer in Kansas City since it began in May, 1999. IHOP is a ministry that combines worship and intercession and has been going non-stop 24/7 for the past 8 years. Gregg served as a worship leader at IHOP for 7 years and traveled with IHOP teams to train worship leaders and musicians worldwide in the "Harp and Bowl" model. (For more information about IHOP-KC, please visit www.IHOP.org )

Over the past few years, God has been calling them back to their first love which is a call to the nations. Gregg and Beth were missionaries in E. Europe in 1995-1996. They both taught English-as-a-second-language and worked with many different churches and ministries in the Czech Republic. While they were living there, God directed them to Kansas City, MO. Years later, they had the opportunity to travel back to E. Europe with IHOP teams to minister to houses of prayer that God has since raised up there. It was a full-circle moment!

Meeting Dick and Mary Dungan was at a pivotal point in their lives! As much as they have loved being part of IHOP, they know that God has called them out, to "Go" where and when He leads. It is easy for them to connect quickly with the missionaries as they can relate to the challenges and issues of the missionary life. Their heart is to counsel, encourage and minister to the missionaries' deepest needs.

Gregg and Beth's ministry vision is to encourage missionaries, encourage and assist houses of prayer that God is raising up in the earth, and to use their gift of hospitality to bless and encourage those that God brings to their doorstep!

Additionally, Gregg continues to lead worship for various churches and ministries and welcomes the opportunity to train and encourage worship leaders and teams in their gifting and calling. He has released two CDs, Everlasting and Fortress. The first CD is an instrumental of piano solos, the second is original worship songs that were recorded with various IHOP singers and musicians. The CDs are available from Forerunner Bookstore at IHOP, RMI and also directly from the artist.

Jim and Pam Macchi

Jim and Pam came to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior by inviting Him into their hearts in the spring of 1976. They were both baptized in the Holy Spirit shortly after that and their lives were radically changed.

In 1984 they moved to the Northeast of England for two years to work in a small Apostolic church, teaching and preaching in several churches of that denomination and began a children's ministry.

They returned to Orlando in 1986 and continued in their home church for the next 18 years in various capacities. Their greatest heart-involvement was to assist pastors, pastoral leadership and short term missions.

In 2004 they moved to Kansas City, MO at the 'invitation' of the Lord and traveled with another ministry as well as belonging to the Forerunner Christian Fellowship, a division of the International House of Prayer.

Jim and Pam have traveled extensively with short-term mission teams for evangelism, medical missions, building teams, and teaching teams. Their primary goal has been to build up, exhort and encourage the body of Christ wherever the door is open and to assist the local church in evangelism and discipleship as well as ministering to the ministers.

The Lord has released a powerful anointing through ministry of Jim's life message on the Father heart of God. Pam's passion is to see women set free into their destiny in addition to being a gifted painter.

The Macchis were married in 1969 and have two married sons and four grandchildren. They continue to reside in Kansas City, Missouri, and have been a valuable addition to the RMI team since 2005 when Jim joined Dick to teach and minister to national church leaders in Asia.
